The "Release Agent-Free Method" is a patented technology that forms a coating of thermoplastic resin with excellent release properties on the surface of rigid polyurethane molded products, allowing for the injection and molding of polyurethane into a closed mold space. This technology enables a shift from injection molding, which is suitable for mass production, to polyurethane RIM molding, which is better suited for small-batch production of various types, and it also allows for the establishment of mass production lines with reduced initial investment. It is increasingly being adopted as a new option for mass production methods in plastic molding. When mass-producing using this release agent-free method in polyurethane RIM molding, significant cost reductions can be achieved once a certain quantity is exceeded, surpassing the costs of injection molding. Due to the physical properties of the thermoplastic resin that adheres to the surface, this method is fundamentally suited for molding rigid polyurethane. NBR80° Cap Compression Molding

NBR80° has a slightly higher hardness than general hardness and is produced through compression molding. Since machining is difficult, a molding method with good mass production capability was adopted.

NBR95° Ball Transfer Molding
