Cost reduction for small lot production using blow molding! *Technical materials available.
Compared to injection molding, it is possible to perform small lot molding at a low cost. We are currently offering free technical materials that explain the differences and suitability between injection molding and blow molding!
In blow molding, shaping is performed by introducing air into the mold and inflating it. Therefore, materials such as aluminum alloys and ZAS that can withstand air pressure and clamping pressure are used for the molds. Compared to injection molding, the cost of molds is lower, which reduces initial costs, making blow molding more valuable for smaller production runs. We are currently distributing a technical booklet that explains the representative molding methods, "injection molding" and "blow molding." The booklet includes an overview of each molding method, points to note, a "comparison chart" useful for ordering and process consideration, and molding case studies with photos, providing a resource that allows for efficient understanding of the overall picture in a short amount of time. 【Features and Benefits of this Material】 ■ Molding case studies of similar parts are included with photos, making it easy to compare features. ■ The "comparison chart" quickly conveys the suitability and cost aspects of each molding method. ■ Potential troubles that may arise with each molding method can be identified in advance. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
