PMC Multifunction I/O Module TPMC851 - TEWS Corporation

TPMC851 is a multifunctional I/O PMC module equipped with a 16-bit ADC, 16-bit DAC, TTL I/O, and counters.

TPMC851 combines 32 (single-ended) or 16 (differential) channels of 16-bit analog input, 8 channels of 16-bit analog output, 16 digital I/O lines, and 2 32-bit multifunction counters into a standard single-width PMC module. The 16-bit ADC converts 32 single-ended or 16 differential ADC inputs. The conversion time is up to 1.25µs without channel/gain change and up to 17.25µs with channel/gain change (the ADC throughput rate is up to 250ksps). The 32-bit multifunction counters offer three count modes and four control modes to define the operation of the counters.

The individual isolation units are insulated by optical fibers, enabling simultaneous measurement of signals with different reference potentials, such as the upper and lower arm signals of an inverter and the primary and secondary sides of a power converter. Floating measurement is required for observing signals like Vce and Vge of the upper arm of the inverter. In conventional signal measurement using differential probes, waveform distortion or difficulty in securing sufficient measurement bandwidth can occur due to common-mode rejection ratio and common-mode voltage constraints. This isolation system allows for accurate signal observation without being affected by the aforementioned constraints, thanks to optical fiber isolation. Operation and waveform observation of this system are conducted remotely using the standard IS Viewer (software) included. We will recycle water and metals through collection and retrieval!

This is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as raw materials for metals. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing using a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.
