■Commitment to Production - Work Environment We thoroughly clean the booth environment to remove dust and house dust in the air as much as possible, ensuring a clean finish without impurities. - Verification We compare sample chips, which can look different depending on the lighting, in various locations such as indoors, outdoors, under small bulbs, and fluorescent lights. Additionally, we are particular about the paper used for spraying paint, as some papers may not be compatible with the paint and can cause uneven texture, so we conduct verification before painting. - Commitment to Texture When aiming for a glossy finish, we apply thin layers twice instead of applying a thick coat from the start. In contrast, for paints that create a matte finish, we mix thoroughly and chip it before polishing each piece with fine sandpaper. - Drying Due to climate and humidity, drying can be delayed or can dry too quickly, causing cracks. Therefore, we use natural drying and adjust the air conditioning to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity for drying.
