[dbSheetClient Case Study] Ozeki Corporation, USA
Building real-time inventory management and complex sake process tracing functions in sake production!
To Ozeki Sake (U.S.A.) Inc., we would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of "dbSheetClient (Excel version)." Until now, the company managed daily alcohol movement using Excel, but tracing the Rework process (the filtration process for alcohol that was not bottled during production) was nearly impossible with Excel management. After the implementation, we began to hear feedback from the field stating, "Not only has the work we struggled with become easier, but we can now share accurate and up-to-date information at any time." [Challenges and Requests] - The inventory data submitted to the tax office every month cannot have even a 1L discrepancy, so it could not be entrusted to local employees, and all bookkeeping for this alcohol ledger became the responsibility of expatriates from Japan. - The Excel files used before implementation required manual input of liquid volumes for all tanks, and if there was an input error, it took a significant amount of time to identify the mistake, which became a burden for the expatriates. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
