The "Plasma Coat (Super Non-Stick Treatment)" features high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made from metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the extremely high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. The "Shiricera Coat 8022" is a special silicone-based coating that achieves exceptional non-stick properties and surpasses fluorine-based coatings in hardness. It allows for lower temperature processing (180°C) compared to fluorine-based coatings, which helps suppress deformation of the substrate due to heat. Coating is possible on metal components such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron. *Some CFRP components may also be applicable. Please consult separately. The low surface roughness silicone coating 'S-8010' responds to the voice saying, 'The surface is rough in Ognas...'

"OGNAS" is designed for various thermal spraying and silicone composite coatings, resulting in a surface roughness of the thermal spray coating on metals and ceramics that appears as a pearlescent texture. While the thermal spray coating offers benefits in terms of point contact and release properties, its roughness can sometimes affect customer products, leading to cases where desired applications cannot be used. In response to such feedback, we have newly added the silicone coating "S-8010," which forms fine irregularities without using thermal spraying. This is a composite coating that forms a base layer of special metallic fine powder and disperses silicone. Like OGNAS, it exhibits excellent release properties, preventing adhesive tapes and adhesives from sticking. The pencil hardness is above 4H, and it can be used at temperatures up to approximately 200°C. We can also provide coating sample plates. Please make use of it for adhesion prevention measures on film rollers and guide components.

We are engaged in the contract processing and sales of fluororesin coatings and linings at Nippon Fusso Technocoat. Here is an introduction to "Basic Knowledge of Fluororesins (PTFE)." Fluororesins have various properties such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick characteristics, sliding properties, thermal meltability, high purity, and prevention of leaching. This time, we will focus on a representative fluororesin called "PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)." Its molecular formula is -(CF2-CF2)n-. It has extremely strong molecular bonds of C-C and C-F. The continuous use temperature is 260°C, and the melting point is 327°C, which is exceptionally high for resins. The dynamic friction coefficient is 0.1, indicating extremely high sliding properties and non-stick performance. Examples of applications include sizing cylinders, rolls, shoots, guides, and various food processing equipment.
