Photocatalytic material "Titanistar(R)" *Verification from the perspective of physical properties

Introduction of the verification results showing that the photocatalyst, which contains no impurities, has grown a photocatalytic film from the pure titanium surface of the substrate without any interface.

Titanistar undergoes surface oxidation treatment on pure titanium, which is the metal titanium. A photocatalytic film free of impurities grows from the surface of pure titanium without any interface. In other words, the pure titanium substrate becomes TiO2 through surface oxidation treatment. Observations were conducted using optical instruments on the Titanistar photocatalytic film. - Surface observation using an electron microscope: The surface of Titanistar is porous and cluster-like, and it was found that the film grows from pure titanium without any interface. - Control of crystal structure: Titanistar can control its crystal structure. It can be adjusted to exhibit higher photocatalytic performance with structures such as anatase, rutile, or mixed types. - Observation of surface composition: The surface composition of Titanistar was observed, revealing that it is primarily composed of titanium and oxygen. From the above, it can be concluded that the photocatalyst Titanistar is free of impurities and that the photocatalytic film grows from the surface of the pure titanium substrate without any interface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Die-less casting made from a single piece: Verification of integration with the same material as mass production.

Prototype verification of integration with the same material as mass production.

【Conventional Method】 Welding 【Method】 Digital Cast 【Content】 The image shows a railway component that reinforces overhead wires. When integrating what were originally two parts, there was a request to conduct prototype verification using the same material as for mass production. Therefore, we proposed Digital Cast, which allows for manufacturing from a single part without the need for a mold. As requested, we conducted prototype verification using the same material as for mass production, leading to mass production using lost wax casting. 【What is Digital Cast?】 A method that involves creating a resin model with a 3D printer, which is then used as a prototype to produce metal products through a process similar to lost wax precision casting. Castings can be produced in as little as one week, starting from just one piece. We offer proposals that are beneficial even for development and prototyping. If you have parts under consideration for weight reduction or shape changes, please feel free to consult with us. 【Three Features of Digital Cast】 - Shortest delivery time of one week - Mold cost of zero - Capable of manufacturing from just one piece

Precision Verification "TPC Logging"

Free provision of precision analysis functions for trajectories and fine motions.

Precision verification... Are you not worried? "How precise is the intricate operation being achieved?" "Is the adjustment of the servo system (servo/mechanism) optimal?" "What is the actual extent of the error occurring?" How will you verify the accuracy of the composite trajectory? "For example, cutting a true circle → measuring the workpiece with a roundness gauge?" "Winding machine → measuring the actual final shape or the winding process with a high-speed camera?" In any case, it is a considerable effort. Moreover, verification cannot be done unless the conditions for cutting or winding are met. With the logging tool "TPC Logging," it's easy! Torque analysis is also available (partially specialized). It can be analyzed based on information about force, speed, and position. Please contact us for more details.

[Demo Video] Mysterious? The color of the liquid changes with temperature! Testing the cooling power of Kolder.

We used a special liquid that changes color with temperature to visualize the cooling power of the colder.

Kordar is one of Sanwa's pneumatic equipment that has been chosen in manufacturing sites for nearly 40 years, with the keyword "just connect compressed air." It is a simple spot cooler that applies the principle of vortex, and without using power or refrigerant gas, it discharges ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C (for a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, in the case of model 190-75SV) just by connecting compressed air. Usage examples: - Removal of heat generated during processing of metals and plastics (such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, thermoplastic plastics, etc.) - Improvement of cutting speed and extension of tool life through the cooling effect on workpieces and tools - Dry cutting of magnesium alloys - Cooling to prevent issues caused by heat generation in electrical control boxes and various measurement instrument boxes - Cooling of molds - Cooling tests for semiconductors and PC boards, among others *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Verification of rust prevention and longevity of air conditioning piping at the British Museum.

The red rust prevention device "NMR Pipe Protector" is recognized as the only method for prolonging the life of air conditioning pipes by preventing deterioration from red rust, capable of protecting important exhibits.

The "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed on the secondary side of the main hot water piping pump in the boiler room located in Area F of the British Museum. Before installation, the amount of red rust in the air conditioning hot water was significantly advanced, measuring 20 mg per liter. After five weeks of installation, the amount of red rust in the water decreased to 0.2 mg per liter, reducing it to one-hundredth, and the effectiveness of preventing red rust through its transformation into black rust was demonstrated. As a result, the British Museum was able to not only avoid damage and the risk of water leaks caused by red rust but also reduce the risk of red rust affecting future exhibits. Due to the high risk of damaging exhibits, construction such as replacing piping systems could not be carried out, and the use of chemicals like rust inhibitors would negatively impact the condition of paintings. Therefore, the NMR Pipe Protector was the only method that the museum could adopt. With the NMR Pipe Protector, there was no impact on the exhibits, and the British Museum was freed from the risks associated with red rust. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Mitarepo [102] Verification of how far powder removal and polishing can be achieved through automatic processing.

[Mitarepo] 3 types of materials × Carbon 3D printing! I investigated how much the strength changes with different materials! | System Create

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" From the wide range of product genres handled by System Create, we deliver useful information each time. The new add-on module "Polishing System" for the powder-based 3D printer "Fuse 1+ 30W" automates post-processing with "Fuse Blast"! Not only does it automatically remove powder through blasting, but it also allows for polishing using specialized polishing media and solvents. It is said that polishing results in a semi-gloss finish for the models! In this edition, we created two types of hollow-shaped models using the powder-based 3D printer "Fuse 1+ 30W." After that, we incorporated the Polishing System into the "Fuse Blast," and investigated how well material removal and polishing could be achieved. "Can the powder be removed cleanly automatically?" "What about the surface?" We focus on these points of interest in the work process and quality, along with images. *You can download the materials from the button below.
