[Case Study] Unable to respond immediately to inventory inquiries!

A case where the introduction of an inventory management system improved the situation where inquiries about stock could not be responded to immediately, leading to complaints and lost orders, and where it took time to address these issues on-site.

From the perspective of the purchaser, it is important to confirm when the requested products will be in stock. How would you feel if the response from the other party was "I don't know"? This is where a stock management system that allows anyone, anytime, and anywhere to accurately check inventory becomes necessary. However, many businesses actually face challenges such as the following: - There is no system to check inventory in real-time, so when inquiries about stock are received, they generally have to investigate and then get back to the customer. - When there is no stock available, they have to check with the person in charge each time, which takes time and often leads to complaints from customers. - The system cannot handle set products, and for reservations, there is no choice but to secure them manually. Therefore, on this page, we introduce the following two points: 1. Case studies of manufacturers who have solved inventory management challenges through the implementation of stock management systems. 2. Downloadable materials that explain how our system can address common challenges in the manufacturing industry.

Clear and Easy to Understand! Introduction to Successful Cases of RFID Inventory Management

From reflecting on the differences between "barcodes" and "RFID" operations, I have summarized the RFID operational points related to inventory management, such as inbound and outbound processes.

The "Project K" site of K-Ways introduces the RFID technology systems that our company has developed and implemented, but this time I would like to explain about the "Inventory Management System," which is frequently implemented. When hearing "inventory management," some may associate it with "warehouse operations," but "inventory management" is a very familiar and important task across various industries. Reflecting on the differences between "barcode" and "RFID" operations, I have summarized the RFID operational points related to tasks such as inventory in and out. I hope this will be helpful for business owners and personnel considering system implementation. *For detailed content of the article, you can view it through the related links. Sales Inventory Management System

Sales can access the cloud from the field and check in real-time! Introducing development case studies.

Founded in 1952, a household goods manufacturer that has been engaged in metal processing centered around copper since the 1960s has begun to face various challenges in logistics and inventory management systems as the number of product items and business partners has significantly increased. As a result, three companies were considered, including traditional system companies, and the decision was made in favor of a cloud-based solution, leading to our selection. After the system implementation, we received feedback that the sales team could access the cloud from the field and confirm information in real-time, greatly enhancing their agility. [Case Study] ■ Client: Household goods manufacturer ■ Implemented System: Sales and inventory management system ■ Effects: - Agility has significantly improved - Data exchange between headquarters and the logistics center has become smooth *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study on Inventory Management System] Chemical Manufacturer

Stop managing with paper and Excel, reducing over 3,000 hours of work annually! Achieve enhanced quality control systems through refined first-in-first-out and expiration date management.

We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the inventory management system "SmartF" at Meihan Vacuum Industry Co., Ltd., a chemical manufacturer. The company faced challenges due to the continued operation of manually entering incoming, inventory movement, and stocktaking data into paper and Excel, which placed a significant burden on the staff. As a result of the implementation, by using handheld terminals and QR code operations, manual input was reduced to zero, saving over 3,000 hours of labor annually. [Challenges] ■ After daily incoming operations, the quantity received was manually entered into the Excel inventory management sheet. ■ Inventory movements were also manually entered into the Excel inventory management sheet, making it impossible to check the real-time inventory status on the manufacturing floor. ■ Stocktaking took a full day using shelf tags, and the subsequent stocktaking data took 5 business days to enter manually. ■ To know the accurate inventory, daily requests were made to the site to confirm the actual inventory numbers. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Reduction of 200 hours of work per year! The impact of eliminating Excel for shelf number management, making manual input for inventory and stock in/out unnecessary.

We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the pharmaceutical/inventory management system "SmartF" for pharmaceutical raw material manufacturers. At the company, Excel input for shelf number management was performed every time goods were received or shipped, requiring 1 hour of labor from 2 staff members (1 forklift operator and 1 Excel inputter) for warehouse organization. The introduction of handheld terminals eliminated the need for Excel input for inventory transactions. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Challenges - Spent 30 hours on simple monthly inventory and 40 hours on quarterly inventory. - Discrepancies often occurred between actual inventory and system inventory, making it difficult to locate supposed stock. ■Effects - Successfully reduced annual inventory labor hours by approximately 200 hours. - Achieved accurate tracking of inventory and shelf numbers, virtually eliminating the effort needed to search for actual stock within the warehouse. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
