High-precision and durable wire springs, precision pressed parts, and leaf springs—leave the assembly processing that combines each of these to us.
We perform winding and bending processing of metal wire materials, punching and bending processing of metal sheets for automobiles, and are active in various industries such as automotive, office automation equipment, telecommunications, and home appliances. To meet various design needs, we handle wire springs with wire diameters ranging from φ0.1 to φ8.0, using materials such as SUS and piano wire, and offer a variety of wire springs in shapes like "round wire" and "square wire." For press/leaf springs, we handle thicknesses from t0.08 to 2.6mm, with a proven track record in materials such as ordinary steel, special steel, plated steel sheets, copper-based materials, and aluminum. Our latest wide servo press with a capacity of up to 250 tons excels in high-precision forming processing. We possess technologies that can achieve the desired shapes and precision for our customers through processing techniques such as ultra-fine slitting, bending, barrelling, in-die tapping, drawing, and cold forging. In recent years, we have designed our own assembly lines for "wire springs," "leaf springs," and "pressed products," supplying them as high-precision assembly items. We operate five factories in Japan (Tokyo, two in Nagano, Shizuoka, and Saga) and a factory in Thailand (Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate).
