We will launch the following new products in September 2024. ● AIQS-related reagents (1 item) This product is a reagent for pH adjustment described in the "Provisional Manual for Screening Analysis Method using AIQS-GC." AIQS (Automated Identification and Quantification Systems) is a screening analysis system developed by a research group led by Professor Kadokami and Associate Professor Miyawaki at Kitakyushu City University. ● Reagents for Natural Product Chemistry Research (5 items) We have newly added 5 items focused on functional food components such as ankaflavin and monascin, which are included in red yeast rice. We will launch the following new products in November 2024. ● Environmental Analysis Standard Products (6 items) We will newly sell environmental analysis standard products from Analytical Standard Solutions and LGC Standards. The newly added products are standards for compounds with newly added or changed residue criteria. ● General Reagents (6 items) We are reviewing the packaging capacities and consolidating product specifications for general reagents of special grade, deer special grade, and deer grade 1. As a result, we have launched new capacities for specifications that are not subject to consolidation as alternatives to discontinued items. ● Growth Factor Substitute Peptides (2 items) The growth factor substitute peptide "FGF2 substitute peptide" demonstrates physiological activity equal to or greater than that of the existing recombinant protein "FGF2" and shows high stability in culture media, making it expected to be used in the culture of mesenchymal stem cells and iPS cells. ● Cell Culture Media (2 items) This product is an animal-free medium that does not contain human or animal-derived components, suitable for regenerative medicine research, and allows for the proliferation of human mesenchymal stem cells while maintaining their undifferentiated state. We will launch the following new products in December 2024. ● Simple Analysis Kit (2 items) We will newly sell a modified version of the "Pack Test Phosphate" manufactured by Kyōritsu Rika Kagaku Kenkyusho. The current product requires a two-step operation, but the new product will only require a one-step operation of sucking the sample water into a tube. There will be no changes to the measurement principle, measurement range, or standard color specifications. ● General-purpose Reagents (3 items) We are reviewing the packaging capacity and consolidating product specifications for general-purpose reagents of special grade, deer special grade, and deer grade 1. We will sell new capacities of specifications that are not targeted for consolidation as alternatives to discontinued items. ● Enzymes for Cell Dispersion (5 items) "Brightase" is a recombinant enzyme produced using the Brevibacillus expression system, achieving low endotoxin and animal-derived component-free quality. It can be used for isolating cells from biological materials. ● Quality Control for Genetic Testing (5 items) Microbiologics sells quality control products for the GeneXpert genetic testing device distributed by Beckman Coulter. Mycoplasma spp. is a type of true bacteria known to cause various diseases such as pneumonia, otitis media, arthritis, and mastitis in production animals like cattle. In this third seminar, titled "Clinical Aspects of Bovine Mycoplasma Infection," we will hear presentations on insights and responses from the clinical field.

We will launch the following new products in January 2025. ● Reagents for Pharmaceutical Testing We will newly sell "Dilute Hydrochloric Acid," prepared in accordance with "Hydrochloric Acid, Dilute" as described in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. It is used for testing various pharmaceuticals and herbal medicines in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. ● Reagents for Nucleic Acid Synthesis We will newly sell "Dichloroacetic Acid," used in the deprotection reaction of the phosphoramidite method. This product guarantees the value of "Trichloroacetaldehyde Monohydrate." ● General-purpose Reagents (5 items) We are reviewing the packaging capacities and consolidating products for special grade, deer special grade, and deer first grade general-purpose reagents. We will sell new capacities of standard products that are not targeted for consolidation as alternatives to discontinued items. ● Acetonitrile/Water/Trifluoroacetic Acid (50:47.5:2.5) We will newly sell a mixed solvent suitable for dissolving matrix reagents and calibration standards used in bacterial analysis by MALDI-TOF MS. ● 2 mol/L TEAA Solution, pH 7.0 TEAA is widely used as an ion-pair reagent. The measurement principle of this product is based on the alkaline indigo carmine method, allowing measurements similar to those of conventional products. ●General-purpose Reagents (4 items) We are reviewing the packaging capacities and consolidating products for general-purpose reagents of special grade, deer special grade, and deer grade 1 standards. Accordingly, we are sequentially informing you of products that will be discontinued as supplies run out, and we will sell new capacities of non-consolidated standard products as alternatives to the discontinued items. ●Quality Control for Gene-related Testing (24 items) Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the importance and necessity of gene-related testing have increased. We will sell quality control products for gene-related testing devices compatible with Microbiologics products for BD MAX, Biofire, Filmarray, Roche Cobas, and Verigene. We will launch the following new products in March 2025. ● Reagents for LC/MS (2 items) In LC/MS analysis, volatile salts such as ammonium acetate and ammonium formate are commonly used as buffers for pH adjustment of the eluent. Analytical methods using these buffers are also included in official methods for pesticide residue analysis in food and the Water Supply Act. The newly sold "1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution" and "1 mol/L ammonium formate solution" guarantee "LC/MS test compatibility," "metal guarantee," and "PFAS test compatibility," in addition to the existing product guarantees, and implement stricter quality control than products for high-performance liquid chromatography. ● General-purpose reagents We will also launch the "Chikajenius Vancomycin Resistance Gene Real-Time PCR Detection Kit." This kit is a 4-plex real-time PCR that simultaneously detects the vanA, vanB, and vanC vancomycin resistance genes, as well as an internal control (IC) to check for PCR inhibition. The "Primepure" series guarantees the highest purity specifications among commercially available reagents, exceeding existing specifications that are certified as JIS special grade and by application. ● Ionic liquids (1 item) We will newly sell DEMEBF4 as our product from the ionic liquids that were previously sold under a joint label with Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. Ionic liquids are used in a wide range of fields such as separation, extraction, reaction solvents, electrochemical devices, tribology, vacuum technology, and bio-related applications, and are expected to be next-generation solvents.

We will launch the following new products in May 2025. ● Pesticide Mixed Standard Solution (2 items) This product is a mixed standard solution that corresponds to the "Simultaneous Testing Method for Pesticides, etc. by LC/MS 1 (Agricultural Products) (Appendix 1)." ● Reagents for HPLC We will sell a more user-friendly set of high-purity TFA for HPLC, consisting of 5 bottles of 5mL each. ● Standard Products for Food Analysis (6 items) We will newly sell six food-derived allergen extracts manufactured by Saika Technical Research Institute. ● Food Allergen Testing Kit We will newly sell the measurement item "Cashew Nut" from the Morinaga Life Science Research Institute's food allergen testing kit, the NanoTrap Pro2 series. ● Simple Analysis Kit This product, developed in collaboration with Ajinomoto, allows for the easy measurement of the umami component glutamic acid with simple operations. ● Reagents for Nucleic Acid Synthesis (2 items) The newly sold capping reagents are low-moisture guaranteed products utilizing our dehydration technology. ● Growth Factor Substitute Peptides (2 items) Growth factor substitute peptides are expected to demonstrate physiological activity equal to or greater than the existing recombinant protein "KGF (Keratinocyte Growth Factor)" and to be used in the proliferation and differentiation of various epithelial cells, such as the epidermis.
