The "Allergen Eye Immunochromatography Heating Use Cashew Nut" is a testing kit designed to confirm the presence of allergens in raw materials and processed foods. To accommodate the transition to specific raw materials planned for the fiscal year 2025, we have been developing a cashew nut testing kit. Recently, thanks to Prima Ham's unique technology, we have successfully created a monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts only to "cashew nuts" (patent pending). The detection sensitivity is 2 ppm.
