Steam sterilization process. 5. Clamp the aluminum pouch from both sides and discharge the air (nitrogen) inside the bag. 6. Cap the pouch while maintaining the condition. 7. Discharge onto the conveyor. ■ After liquid filling, there is a steam sterilization process. If air remains inside the bag, there is a risk of bacterial growth, so removing air before capping is a very important point.
