We will introduce examples of the separation of inorganic anions and organic acids regarding the separation of ionic species due to changes in eluent concentration and the setting of gradient conditions. By using an eluent generator system, it is possible to supply accurate and high-purity eluent simply by sending ultrapure water. Additionally, gradient analysis can be easily performed with just the concentration settings from the workstation.
