This product, "Turmeric / Curcumin Powder," is a natural yellow pigment extracted and refined from the rhizome of the ginger family plant turmeric (Curcuma longa L.). The crystalline powder is orange-yellow, has a distinctive aroma, and possesses fat-soluble properties. Its melting point is 183°C, demonstrating excellent thermal stability during processing, making it suitable for use as a safe and non-toxic food coloring. Curcumin is easily soluble in glacial acetic acid, ethyl acetate, and alkaline solutions, and is also soluble in 95% ethanol and propylene glycol, but is insoluble in water. It has a vibrant color and high coloring power, making it applicable in a wide range of food sectors, including candies, ice cream, carbonated beverages, jelly, chewing gum, frozen drinks, bread dough, batter, frying powder, seasonings, and bakery products. Using contract-farmed turmeric equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, we ensure pesticide-free and contamination-free management. We guarantee high quality from the raw material stage.
