Since 2022, Nitto Boseki Advantex and Bioworks have started the joint development of adhesive interlining to provide various biodegradable textiles, and they are developing the "biodegradable double-dot" adhesive interlining, which consists of fabrics using "PlaX" and adhesives made from polylactic acid (PLA), to be launched in January 2024. They have also been working on the development of the filament type, which has been highly requested by the market, and have completed a 75-denier interlining.
