Our company has been engaged in coating equipment primarily focused on dip coating. Among these, we have received numerous inquiries from companies such as paper manufacturers and manufacturers and sellers of molded containers regarding coatings aimed at providing "water resistance, heat resistance, and oil resistance" for three-dimensional shapes like pulp (paper) molds. We are conducting test coatings on prototype containers (pulp (paper) molds). Based on the results of these test coatings, we have developed a dedicated testing machine called the "Pulp Coater." The Pulp Coater catalog includes the following information regarding coating film performance: - Water and heat resistance: Changes over time after heating in a microwave (up to 72 hours) - Oil repellency KIT value - Oil resistance: Changes over time after applying salad oil, dressing, and soy sauce to the container (up to 24 hours) In light of the movement to reduce plastic use, companies considering a switch to materials with less environmental impact, especially those looking to convert disposable containers to pulp (paper) molds, are encouraged to make use of the Pulp Coater.
