This is an introduction to a case where the Brody Disk Mini was used as a solution for the strong adhesion of powder coatings at a powder equipment manufacturer. We received a new inquiry from a rubber product manufacturer who adopted our equipment a long time ago. In the previous project, they used the Brodie Disk Mini to prevent fine powder bridging, and it was well received. We installed four blow disks (standard type BD-15) at the same height on the upper half of the conical section, which resolved the rat hole-shaped residue that was occurring from the conical section to the cylindrical section.
