We will introduce a case where "Presscale" was used to check the adhesive pressure of dry film resist laminates for printed circuit boards and lead frames. If the substrate, dry film resist, and lamination roll are not set in a well-balanced manner and the pressure is not uniformly adjusted, bubbles and wrinkles can occur. The uniformity of pressure is important for stabilizing the process, but there was no means to verify it. By using Presscale, it is possible to confirm that the pressure on the lamination roll is uniformly applied at the specified pressure.
