The "Energy-Saving High-Temperature Furnace" is a high-temperature furnace that enables the reduction of fuel and other resources by adopting uniquely developed high-temperature materials and highly efficient heat recovery heat exchangers. By switching from our conventional products, we have achieved a 52.5% reduction in fuel consumption per unit and a 36.0% reduction in CO2 emissions. Like our conventional products, it allows for flexible heat treatment through our self-developed burners and temperature control systems. Removal of Residual Stress Necessary for High-Precision Machinery In complex castings such as machine tools and industrial machinery that require high precision, it is essential to eliminate residual stress caused by time differences in shrinkage due to variations in wall thickness and resistance from the mold. Additionally, welded structures such as fabricated products also require stress relief. Although it may seem that annealing is unnecessary since the appearance of the product does not change, over the years, differences will arise due to residual stress. To maintain high precision, annealing is necessary to suppress changes over time. The most important process for removing residual stress is the slow cooling process. In conventional general annealing furnaces, the heating and cooling are done simply, resulting in a slow cooling chart that bows like the yellow line, as it cannot cool uniformly at a constant temperature. Similar to in-box slow cooling, uneven cooling can leave residual stress. Our high-performance annealing furnace achieves uniform temperature within the furnace by repeatedly burning, cooling with air, and extinguishing for each of the 14 burners through an ON/OFF cycle combustion control system, resulting in a chart that is close to linear. By slow cooling at a stable temperature, we can reduce residual stress to nearly zero and provide optimal castings and fabricated products for customers pursuing high-precision machinery.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the ultra-high temperature vacuum and atmosphere furnace "NEWTONIAN Pascal-40" at the High Brightness Light Source Research Center, a public interest incorporated foundation. The center conducts experiments aimed at clarifying the composition and structure of the Earth's mantle, and it was necessary to procure a high-temperature furnace to stably sinter polycrystalline specimens of candidate materials. After the introduction, it became possible to sinter polycrystalline specimens composed of Mg2SiO4, CaSiO3, and MgO as expected, allowing for the preparation of candidate materials for the mantle. 【Case Overview】 ■ Objective: To stably sinter polycrystalline specimens of candidate materials ■ Achievements - Able to heat samples of 1 cm³ size, cooling to below 100°C in about one hour after heating - Sintering of polycrystalline specimens composed of Mg2SiO4, CaSiO3, and MgO became possible - High reproducibility indicates stable performance of the high-temperature furnace *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
