The thermal fluid analysis software AICFD addresses such challenges and provides a tool for achieving proper thermal design with easy operability and efficient data acquisition. Formic acid reduction vacuum reflow furnace

Formic acid molecules approach the work surface and actively remove (reduce) the oxide film.
