Demand-kun HYPER" is a lightweight and compact air conditioning system that can provide heating and cooling using well water, tap water, or hot spring water. As an example of operation, when using 30L/min of well water at 18°C, it is possible to reduce the air temperature from approximately 34°C to 23.7°C. By dehumidifying instead of humidifying, it efficiently lowers both the indoor temperature and the perceived temperature, complying with the obligation for companies to take measures against heat stroke. Generally, the blowdown water from the boiler is around 150°C. By utilizing this waste heat for preheating the boiler feedwater, it assists in heating the boiler and contributes to energy savings. In this case, the gas/air heat exchanger "Polybloc Stainless Plate" can recover heat from exhaust gases and heat air with low pressure loss. Furthermore, cooled exhaust gases can be efficiently recovered using the gas/liquid heat exchanger "AIREC CROSS30," allowing for latent heat recovery to preheat water and assist the boiler.
