[Development Case] Hybrid Heating Booth with Infrared and Hot Air
Designed with a focus on every single screw in accordance with the customer's equipment standards! Here we introduce examples developed as unique production equipment.
We would like to introduce a case where we provided Toyota Industries Corporation with a unique heating booth that functions as production equipment rather than just a standalone device. The company faced challenges due to increased energy consumption and workload associated with the multilayer coating process. In response, we proposed a heater that combines infrared heaters and hot air heaters, enabling high-output and high-efficiency heating while protecting the heaters. By designing the booth itself, including safety doors and furnace bodies, we were able to reflect the company's unique equipment standards in detail. This solution not only improved energy efficiency but also enhanced work efficiency and workplace environment. [Case Overview] - Increased energy consumption and workload due to multilayer coating became a bottleneck. - A challenging project that balances energy efficiency and work efficiency. - Practical application of research results from a hybrid heater using infrared and hot air. - In addition to the heater proposal, we also developed a heater booth compliant with customer equipment standards. - Trial and error within constraints of heating time and increased coating cycles. - Contributed to reducing energy consumption while ensuring labor savings and safety. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
