It is made of 11 stainless steel rods and silicone material that protects and insulates the temperature sensors. The rods can be installed in a total of 11 locations: the four corners and the center line on both the top and bottom surfaces. This design meets the testing standards and guidelines for constant temperature chambers such as EURAMET/cd/20, IEC60068, DKD-R5-7, and NF X 15-140. ■ When combined with a mirror-type dew point meter, it can be used to evaluate the uniformity of relative humidity by combining uniform temperature and dew point measurements. This method complies with the aforementioned standards and guidelines. ■ The separately sold T12 thermometer is a multi-channel temperature measurement system capable of measuring up to 12 thermometers. Molding process of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin (CFRTP).

Asai Sangyo Co., Ltd. is engaged in the molding of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin (CFRTP). In hot stamping molding, carbon fiber woven fabric and thermoplastic resin film are laminated and hot stamped using molds capable of rapid heating and rapid cooling. This method allows for high-temperature molding that is difficult with methods using electric heating wires or steam. It is also capable of molding complex shapes that are challenging with thermoplastic prepregs. This method utilizes patented technology and is referred to as TAM (Thermo Assisted Molding) molding. The TAM molding method uses high-frequency electric current, resulting in less waste compared to methods using steam or heaters, and can heat the mold above the resin's melting point in a short time. Additionally, hybrid molding of continuous fiber CFRP and long fiber injection molding is a molding method that inserts hot-stamped continuous fibers into injection molding.
