Countermeasures for Red Water (2.5 Years After Construction) [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 8]

All analysis items are within drinking water quality standards! Cases demonstrating effects equivalent to those of chemical treatment.

Tokyo Max Beauty College did not have red water at that time, but it was being treated with chemicals as a future measure against red water. They discontinued that and installed a Polar system, which had been confirmed effective in other buildings, for the purpose of preventing red water. The water quality analysis report one month after installation showed that all analyzed items were within drinking water quality standards. The iron content was also low, and the Polar system demonstrated effects equivalent to the chemical treatment before the installation of this system. Future expectations include prevention of skin irritation. [Case Study] - Installation Location: Tokyo Max Academy Tokyo Max Beauty College (2.5 years after construction) - Installation Date: August 29, 2001 - Polar Model: PI-32CF (3-point set) complete set *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Red water prevention measures (13 years after construction) [Magnetic water treatment device Vol. 7]

Confirmed that the chromaticity has greatly improved! A case of installing the Polar model PI-25CF in a water storage tank.

The owner of the Sendai TM Building has experience spending tens of millions of yen on lining methods for red water countermeasures in other buildings. Since this building has also been in use for 13 years, a cost-effective and reliable technology, the Polar, was installed as a red water countermeasure. Water quality analysis after installation confirmed a significant improvement in color. [Case Study] ■ Installation Location: Tokyo Max Co., Ltd. Sendai TM Building [13 years after construction] ■ Installation Date: September 22, 2001 (Saturday) ■ Polar Model: PI-25CF (3-point set) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Red Water Countermeasures (13 Years After Construction, 30 Households) [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 6]

Adopting an independent circulation system! Installing PI-25CF (3-piece set) in a 13-year-old, 30-unit apartment building.

We would like to introduce a case of red water countermeasures implemented at East Side Palace T&T (a 30-unit condominium built 13 years ago) by Testa Corporation. We installed the PI-25CF (3-point set). We adopted an independent circulation method that extracts water from the suction side of the pump, processes it through a polar treatment, and then feeds it into the water tank via a blow pipe. [Case Details] - Installation Location: East Side Palace T&T, Testa Corporation - Installation Date: August 26, 2002 - Installation Time: Approximately 5 hours; no water outage due to the presence of an elevated water tank - Polar Model: PI-25CF (3-point set) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

New Construction Cooling Water Scale Prevention and Corrosion Protection [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 13]

Installed using a pump intake method! It processes 10% to 15% of the cooling circulating water volume.

We will introduce measures against scale in newly constructed cooling water systems. In 2001, JUS Citizen Hospital (Osaka City) was completed. At that time, our Polar system was introduced for air conditioning. We installed "PI-100F" with a pump for two absorption chiller units of 300RT each, processing 10% of the circulation water volume of 10m3/min as standard. Additionally, we installed "PI-32CF" with a pump for the cooling water of the cogeneration self-generating unit (CT-100RT). Due to the high temperature of the water, we process 15% of the circulation water volume of 1035L/min as standard. [Overview] ■ Installation Location: JUS Citizen Hospital (Osaka City) ■ Installation Date: June 16, 2001 ■ Installation Method: Pump intake method ■ Installation Content: Processing 10% to 15% of cooling circulation water volume ■ Installation Purpose: Prevention of scale, corrosion, and purification of water quality in the cooling water system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device [Overview Video]

Generate an electromagnetic field in water to achieve scale prevention, rust prevention, and slime suppression!

The radio frequency signal transmitted from the transmitter is used to create an electromagnetic field for water treatment inside the pipe, utilizing an electromagnetic field generation device and a ferrite ring fixed around the piping. The magnetic field is formed in a ring shape inside the pipe, perpendicular to the flow of water, while the electric field is formed radially from the center of the pipe towards the inner surface. The effective range extends 5,000 meters upstream and downstream from the installation location of the device.

Grinding waste liquid concentration recovery treatment system

If you are struggling with high costs for the industrial waste treatment of slurry and back grinder waste liquid, improve efficiency with electronic engineering's waste liquid treatment systems, ranging from small to large machines!

It is possible to reuse the separated permeate liquid from the equipment that collects abrasive particles from waste liquid according to your requirements. Additionally, the absence of heating, such as from heaters, reduces running costs. Maintenance is also easy, allowing for simple cleaning without burdening maintenance personnel. <Features> ★ It concentrates and reduces the volume of polishing waste liquids, such as slurries for semiconductors and back grinders, from a dilution concentration of 1/10 to 1/100. ★ The liquid that has passed through the membrane can be treated to a level equivalent to neutralized wastewater that can be discharged, municipal water, or primary pure water, depending on your requirements. ★ We offer three types of models based on the volume of waste liquid. ★ There are many options available, including automatic cleaning functions that reduce maintenance frequency and remote monitoring. ★ Its compact design allows for installation in existing factories without needing to choose a specific location. ★ It is possible to reduce running costs primarily through pump operation without heating treatment.

Deer extermination decomposition processing device "CK-600"

We propose a third processing method that is circular, rather than the conventional "burying or burning."

The deer extermination decomposition processing device "CK-600" is a product developed by applying the technology of our company's bio-toilet. The damage caused by wildlife is a nationwide issue, and the methods for disposing of exterminated animals have been limited to either "burying or burning," both of which place a significant burden on the workers. The "CK-600" allows for the input of exterminated animals in their original form without the need for cutting, thereby reducing the burden on workers related to hygiene issues, securing burial sites, and burial operations. In experiments conducted with an approximately 80-kilogram Ezo deer, the animal decomposed and disappeared, leaving only thick bones after about two weeks of input. If the remaining thick bones are crushed and reintroduced, they will also decompose and disappear. Of course, animals other than deer, such as wild boars and foxes, can also be processed. For more detailed information, please check our company website.
