[Improvement Case] Troubles Caused by Chocolate Stops on the Line - Kaizen

Frequent "choco stops" during line operation! Work does not stop, and recovery takes time.

We would like to introduce a case where we improved troubles caused by chocolate stops on the production line. At one point in the production line, troubles (chocolate stops) occurred frequently. During these troubles, the line could not be stopped, allowing work from the previous process to enter and become defective. To address this, we installed our positioning sensor "PS-4482" and the magnetic body "MG-102A" on the line conveyor, enabling AB control.
