The 3-component force sensor, ForceLink, incorporates three pairs of quartz piezoelectric elements, assembled between two upper and lower steel plates. Out of the three pairs, two pairs measure shear forces Fx and Fy, while the other pair measures the compressive force Fz. The 90x7C and 90x8C of the 3-component force sensor have their x and y coordinates inverted with respect to the direction of the output connector. The 90x6C4 is a set that includes two each of the 90x7C and 90x8C, totaling four units.
