Hot Internal Pressure Creep Testing Device

The high-temperature internal pressure creep testing device applies a constant water pressure to the test specimen (such as a tube or joint) placed in a constant temperature chamber, while heating the chamber (maintaining a constant temperature) and holding the test specimen in place. It tests the duration until the test specimen fails (water pressure leak). The water pressure applied to the test specimen is monitored by a pressure sensor and automatically controlled to stay within the pressure target range (upper and lower limits) set by the user in the software. Additionally, it has the functionality to detect whether the test specimen has failed according to the conditions set in the software and to stop the automatic pressure control upon failure.
