The dielectric strength test is one of the main test items in electrical safety testing. All electrical components and products, including transformers, capacitors, power supplies, chargers, and household appliances, require dielectric strength testing. Chroma, with over 30 years of experience in electronic measurement instrument development, has developed the 19020 with a new architecture. It can simultaneously measure the dielectric strength leakage current of all channels and can test up to 100 DUTs simultaneously by connecting up to 10 units through a master-slave connection. The 19020 saves significant space on production lines as there is no need to purchase a dielectric strength tester for multi-channel testing. Multi-channel testing improves the efficiency of electrical safety testing, reduces manufacturing labor, and mitigates testing risks for products that only require dielectric strength testing. The 19020 also features powerful functions such as flashover detection and open shot checks. With several international patents, it not only provides reliable testing quality but also creates a highly efficient testing platform, making it an ideal product for standard electrical dielectric strength testing.

High Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester Model 19056/19057

High voltage insulation withstand voltage tester capable of performing withstand voltage tests of 10kV or higher.

This is a testing device specially designed for high voltage withstand testing. It can be used for AC/DC withstand and insulation resistance tests during contact checks on production lines, with outputs of 10kVac/12kVdc/20kVdc and a maximum of AC20mA/DC10mA. In addition to the patented OSC (Open Short Check) function, high voltage contact checks improve the quality and efficiency of measurements at high voltage outputs when testing components with high insulation capabilities. The GFI (Ground Fault Interruption) function of models 19056/19057 is designed to protect the operator's safety in the event of abnormal grounding current (A2-A1). The withstand tester is equipped to endure high voltage tests for components such as optical couplers with excellent insulation performance, high voltage relays, high voltage switches, and solar modules. Charging and discharging require capacitive components when performing DC withstand tests. The withstand testing function includes a rapid charging feature that can enhance test efficiency. All models in this series are equipped with a flashover (ARC) function. It allows for the analysis of discharge levels through the starting voltage, ending voltage steps, time, and numbers.

Low Inductance Impulse Tester Model 19301A

Impulse tester compatible with low inductance from 0.1μH to 100μH.

The 19301A supports an applied voltage range of 10Vdc to 1000Vdc and enables high-precision measurements of waveform data acquired through high-speed 200MHz sampling using four types of impulse test judgment methods (waveform area comparison/waveform differential area comparison/waveform flutter detection/waveform second derivative detection). The test range for the test specimen inductance is from 0.1μH to 100μH. For measuring winding components, there are electrical characteristic tests and dielectric strength measurements according to electrical safety standards, as one of the main causes of insulation failure in winding components is rare shorts that occur due to the operating environment. This device can also be used for detecting such rare shorts. Impulse testing is possible from 0.1μH. By using the four-terminal test circuit function, it is ideal for measuring ultra-low inductance coils, chips, power inductance, as well as choke coils and coils with fewer turns. Additionally, contact check measurements, inductance measurements, and voltage compensation functions enable more accurate measurements.
