Enepla (R) Insulated Sheet Energy-Saving Type Insulation and Heat Storage Material

Significant energy-saving effects can be expected with the new cold storage material!

The energy-saving insulation and heat-retaining material "Enerpla (R) Cooling Sheet" is an energy-saving material that has two functions: insulation and heat retention. It is thin, lightweight, and highly flexible, making it easy to use by simply placing it under or around food items. It does not produce toxic gases when incinerated. Additionally, it has about seven times the cooling and heating retention effect of conventional insulation sheets, keeping cold items colder for longer and warm items warmer for longer. It helps maintain the freshness of food and is even more effective when used in conjunction with a refrigerator. It allows for temperature management while saving energy, significantly reducing electricity costs. The effects are semi-permanent and economical. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Comproloid 1700W/mk ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite new composite material

Not just heat countermeasures and heat management, but a new composite material with ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite! We will send sample materials to those who are interested!

< 23rd Small and Medium Enterprises Excellent New Technology and New Product Award "Excellence Award" Winning Product > The CompoLloid series is a new composite material for thermal management and thermal countermeasures, developed by ThermoGraphitics (TGC), which utilizes ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite with a thermal conductivity of 1700 W/mk as its core substrate. CompoLloid products include those that bond metal or ceramic to graphite plates (either sandwiching the graphite or bonding it on one side) and those that metallize graphite plates for a plated finish. By leveraging the properties of the composite counterpart materials, it is possible to significantly enhance thermal conductivity. In terms of thermal countermeasures and management, it demonstrates tremendous effectiveness in "heat dissipation, heat diffusion, temperature rise, temperature uniformity, cooling, heat collection, and cooling." Furthermore, it can provide added value such as miniaturization, weight reduction, operational stability, performance improvement, longevity, design appeal, and eco-friendliness to customers' products, thereby enhancing differentiation and competitive advantage, making it a total cost solution product. Since its launch, CompoLloid has achieved prototype results for over 150 customers, particularly receiving support and attention from clients in the automotive, aerospace, medical device, and computer industries, with full-scale mass production scheduled to begin in March 2012.

Comproid Cera - Ultra High Thermal Conductivity Graphite Alumina New Composite Material

A new composite material with over 100 W/mk that overturns the common knowledge of ceramics, a solution product that simultaneously solves insulation and thermal conductivity issues!

The composite Cera has achieved a thermal conductivity exceeding 100 W/mK in the thickness direction by optimizing the characteristics of both graphite, which has high thermal conductivity, and ceramic (alumina). Additionally, because high thermal conductivity graphite with a value of 1700 W/mK is used in the core section, the heat received by the ceramic is able to achieve astonishing thermal diffusion through the graphite. * The thermal conductivity depends on the thickness of each material.
