Examples of short-term export and import responses between China and Japan.
Responding to irregular short-term import troubles! Total support for complex import and export operations.
<<Customer's Concern>> Company T, which is engaged in large-scale power business, needed to export designated Japanese paint to their factory in China for product painting on a short timeline. They requested their usual import-export partner, but were turned down due to the inability to import, which left them in a difficult situation. <<Proposed Solution until Resolution>> Since Company T lacked know-how in import-export and was not well-versed in China's VOC regulations, we communicated the current situation regarding the strengthening of VOC regulations and the accompanying strict customs conditions. We clarified whether it was possible to import paint and contacted the Chinese customs from our Shenzhen office to confirm the importability. During this time, we provided several estimates that included the flow of procedures on the Japanese side related to the export-import of paint, the calculation of the days involved, and the delivery schedule in case import became possible. After confirming the possibility of import, we prepared necessary documents such as SDS for customs, ingredient lists, and declarations, obtained the necessary licenses, and closely shared progress updates while finalizing the export method with the customer, leading to successful delivery. <<Customer Feedback>> "We were greatly helped. Thank you very much," was the delighted feedback we received.
