1. Lightweight and compact design ideal for automated systems. The actuator incorporates a rotational mechanism linked to the piston, and uses a simple holder for attachment to the ball valve. The actuator body is made of aluminum alloy, making it lightweight.
2. The ball valve body and actuator can be detached using two hex socket screws. In cases where the actuator cannot be installed due to tight spaces, complex piping, or other equipment, the ball valve body can be installed first, allowing the actuator to be attached afterward.
3. The actuator can be mounted in any direction, with a rotation range of 360° in 90° increments.
4. The gland packing area can be inspected and tightened even with the actuator attached.
5. Manual operation is also possible. Additionally, limit switches for confirming valve opening and closing can be installed.
6. All metal parts of the ball valve are made of stainless steel. PTFE-based resin and fluororubber O-rings are used for the gland packing and sealing materials.
