Diarami is a PET-based film laminated with a single-layer PET film and a flame-retardant adhesive layer. 【Flame Retardancy】 Using proprietary technology, we laminate PET film with a flame-retardant layer to achieve high flame retardancy. FR-02 (40μm to 250μm) = VTM-0 (UL94) / FR-02A (340μm to 500μm) = V-0 (UL94) 【Processability】 The surface layer is made of PET film, making it suitable for processing such as coating, laminating, cutting, and punching. 【Thickness】 Available in a wide range of thicknesses from the thinnest 40μm to the thickest 500μm. 【Insulation】 The PET layer ensures insulation, and due to its laminated structure, the likelihood of pinholes occurring is also reduced.

"Keiju TM" is a silicone rubber film created through our company's unique processing technology. We have developed a high-temperature grade in addition to the conventional grade. It can be repeatedly used in high-temperature environments (up to approximately 300°C). Since it is not disposable, it contributes to cost reduction and environmental impact reduction. Additionally, because it does not use non-woven fabric, there is no dust generation during the process. 【Features】 - The film is attached to a substrate, preventing stretching in the plane direction during pressing and suppressing lateral displacement of the workpiece. - It can accommodate thicknesses from ultra-thin 50μm to 500μm (with a substrate thickness of 25μm). - By adjusting the thickness and rubber hardness, fine-tuning of pressure and sinking amount is possible. - Being a composite material with a substrate, it has rigidity and good handling properties. - Adjustment of the surface texture of the rubber is also possible.
It is possible to apply coatings and laminates similar to those of standard polyester films, and there is a range of products with excellent flame retardancy.
