This is an example of processing a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) round rod into a size of 5φ×110mm. By cutting it from a 1m round rod material using punching processing, we achieve efficient production and cost reduction. PTFE is a resin material with characteristics such as chemical resistance, heat resistance, and non-stick properties. It is used in mechanical parts, insulating parts, and various equipment components. When processing rod-shaped materials to the required length, the cost varies depending on the processing method.
