This is an injection molding machine that, thanks to its compact design and dedicated mechanisms, can achieve a clamping force of up to 150 kN and manage positions with millimeter precision, all while being small in size. It enables flexible manufacturing through genuine injection molding. ◆Features◆ (1) Clamping Unit - Maximum clamping force of 150 kN achieved through servo motor drive and torque increase using pulleys and belts. - Ejector operation can be set with millimeter precision. (2) Injection Unit - Screw type, allowing for reliable melting, kneading, measuring, and injection with three-stage temperature settings. - Injection speed and pressure can be set in three stages to pursue smooth and uniform surface quality. (3) Controller - User-friendly touch panel for easy settings by operators. - Ability to save molding conditions. Additionally, it allows for more flexible molding using 3D printed molds, significantly reducing production costs and lead times.
