Production of color ceramics

To prevent contamination from other mass-produced products, a dedicated manufacturing line for this product will be established using separate manufacturing equipment!

We would like to introduce a case of producing color ceramics. When we requested a competitor to manufacture color ceramic products, they declined, citing concerns that it could cause contamination with other mass-produced items. As a result, we received a request from a customer asking if we could handle it. Using specialized equipment held by our development department, we formulated the raw materials and created prototypes (color matching and other characteristics). After receiving approval from the customer on the prototypes, we established a dedicated manufacturing line using different equipment to prevent contamination with other mass-produced items during the manufacturing process. Using this manufacturing line, we mixed, shaped, and fired the products for delivery. Microporous ceramics: Capable of producing pores with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm. New possibilities opened up by pilot microporous ceramics.

For pores with a diameter of less than 1mm, it is generally considered difficult to create deep holes of 10mm or more using drilling or laser processing. Our company can manufacture deep holes of over 100mm with an inner diameter of φ0.02mm using high-precision extrusion molding. The inner diameter dimension tolerance is ±5%, and due to the extrusion molding process, the variation within the same lot is small. We can also create through holes with combinations of different shapes and hole diameters, allowing for structures with freely adjustable wall thicknesses from thin to thick.
