Zirconia ceramics

We can assist you with the development of complex-shaped zirconia ceramic products from the initial stages.

Our zirconia ceramics are partially stabilized zirconia with 3 mol% yttria added. Thanks to our unique molding method, we can also shape complex geometries. We can assist in the development of zirconia ceramic products from the initial stages. In a room temperature environment, it is the ceramic with the highest strength and toughness. Due to its lower thermal conductivity compared to other ceramics, it offers high insulation effectiveness.

[English Market Research Report] Market for Porous Ceramics

"Free samples" are currently being offered! Please check the application method from the [PDF download] button, or apply directly from the related links.

According to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc., the global porous ceramics market size is expected to reach USD 16.58 billion by 2030. The CAGR from 2023 to 2030 is projected to expand at 12.0%. The increase in demand for medical devices in the healthcare sector, along with the rising need for filtration products, is expected to drive market growth during the forecast period. Porous ceramics, as the name suggests, have tiny holes or pores in their structure, making them lightweight and having low thermal capacity. They are used as filtration and insulation products, as well as high-purity materials and structural components. Due to their excellent properties, they are increasingly being adopted across various industries, including semiconductors, electronics, healthcare, and automotive.

Disinfectant Low-Temperature Sintered Porous Tourmaline Ceramic "LS Ball"

The larger surface area in contact with water and air allows many of tourmaline's properties to be fully expressed.

This product is made by adding other ceramics and granulating agents to tourmaline powder, then granulating and sintering it. To ensure that the performance of tourmaline is fully realized, a low-temperature sintering method is employed, which allows for a slow and thorough sintering process at low temperatures. As a result, the melted silica component does not cover the surface of the balls, and due to the special manufacturing method, the entire ball has a porous structure. This increases the surface area in contact with water and air, allowing many of tourmaline's properties to be fully expressed. Additionally, many effects that were not present in the tourmaline itself, such as physical adsorption effects, have also been incorporated.

Fine ceramics

Widely used in core components of precision machinery! It has characteristics that do not change over time.

Our company is capable of manufacturing some of the largest alumina ceramic structures in the world. These materials excel in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and high insulation properties, boasting a hardness second only to diamond among synthetic new materials. Additionally, they exhibit very little thermal displacement due to temperature differences and show no changes over time. As a result, they are widely used as core components in precision machinery such as precision measuring instruments, ultra-precision processing machines (nano machines), and liquid crystal panel manufacturing equipment. [Example of Application] <5.5m Integrated Ceramic Rail> ■ Straightness: Less than 5μm ■ Can be applied to large precision air sliders and more. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
