This is a screen printing plate-making equipment created from our commitment and experience as a screen printing machine manufacturer. While the fully automated emulsion application ensures uniform coating, this machine offers more than just that. The high degree of freedom, which is one of the advantages of screen printing, requires unique plate-making technology, and this design accommodates such applications. Individual settings for each operation can be adjusted, and the bucket used for emulsion application can continue to use the previously employed one. Additionally, depending on the printing purpose, plate-making using the indirect method may be more suitable than the direct method. We also offer an optional automatic film application unit, which automatically applies film with uniform pressure while removing static electricity and preventing dust intrusion, from film application to sheet cutting. This machine proposes a new environment for plate-making work, adding a step towards automation without leaving behind the accumulated experience and knowledge that our customers take pride in as their greatest asset.

This is a drum-type coating device that enhances maintainability by changing the drum cross-sectional shape from the conventional circular shape to a polygonal shape.

The drum coater "DMC-H type" self-cleans the raw materials that enter through the feed opening while moving towards the exit direction with a rotational motion adapted to the amount of input, inside a sloped rotating drum lined with polymer sheets. 【Features】 ■ Reduces internal adhesion with a polygonal drum ■ The inner surface of the drum is flat, making it easy to scrape off adhered materials ■ The rotating drum is installed at an incline and does not have a forced feeding mechanism ■ The inner surface of the drum is lined with polymer sheets, making maintenance easy ■ Drum rotation is controlled by an inverter, allowing for the setting of rotation speeds suitable for the physical properties and flow rate of the raw materials ■ The precision addition nozzle uses a two-fluid special nozzle, enabling stable addition of fine particles of syrup and fats Additionally, the raw materials moving while rotating repeatedly mix and transfer surface syrup, resulting in a uniform coating before being discharged. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF document for further information.
