Nanocomposite materials that generate hydrogen from water.

By simply placing a nanocomposite of nano-aluminum and carbon nanotubes in water, a large amount of hydrogen gas is generated.

By impregnating aluminum into the surface and gaps of carbon nanotubes, highly active nano-aluminum is formed. When this composite material is placed in water or hot water, the highly active nano-aluminum reacts with the water to produce hydrogen, achieving a hydrogen generation rate close to the theoretical value. Although it is a one-time reaction, it enables the generation of hydrogen gas on-site regardless of location and allows for the effective reuse of waste aluminum materials.

【Seismic reinforcement achievements available】 Carbon fiber material 'Kabokoma Strand Rod'

A cutting-edge material that protects structures flexibly with high tensile strength and overwhelming lightness.

This is a carbon fiber (CFRP) material that can be used as reinforcement and suspension materials for structures such as buildings. With the excellent material properties of carbon fiber, it can enhance strength while minimizing the burden on structures. ■Features <Incredibly lightweight> The specific gravity is about 1/5 that of steel. The weight of the material is only 14 kg for 160 m (in the case of φ9.3 mm). <High tensile strength> The tensile strength is about 8 times that of steel bars of the same diameter. Although it looks slim, it is capable of pulling a large bus with just one strand. Cabocoma strand rods are being adopted as a new material for seismic reinforcement applications and design purposes in World Heritage sites, national treasures, designated cultural properties, and factory buildings. During construction, we have received many positive comments regarding its lightness and ease of handling on site. If you would like to see the actual product, we also offer free sample requests, so please feel free to contact us.

[Under Development] Soft Magnetic Composite Material 'Somaloy(R)' for Passive Applications

SMC material with Low iron loss at high frequency and high heat resistance! The development 'Somaloy(R)' product data sheet for the passive use is available for free for a limited time!

Somaloy(R), a soft magnetic composite material (SMC), is used not only for motor applications but also in passive products such as reactors. For SMC materials intended for passive applications, we are developing a hybrid material that mixes pure iron powder with alloy powder in response to the increasing demand for high-frequency compatibility. By using the hybrid material, we are reducing iron losses in the high-frequency range. For the insulation coating, new "7P" coating is applied, achieving high heat resistance. We will be temporarily releasing some development product data sheets, so please utilize them for new product development. (The soft magnetic composite material 'Somaloy(R)' is our trademark.) ■Overview - Somaloy(R) is an SMC material with an insulation coating applied to iron powder. - By mixing pure iron powder with alloy powder, we reduce iron losses in the high-frequency range compared to pure iron powder. - By applying a new 7P coating to the insulation coating, we achieve higher heat resistance than before. From November 2025 to the end of January 2026, we will offer a limited-time free download of some development material data sheets along with existing grade introduction materials.

[Examples of Diffusion Bonding Adaptation] Low Thermal Expansion High Thermal Conductivity Materials

Constructed with a core and core plate! Introducing a composite material that achieves both thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion rate.

We would like to introduce an example of diffusion bonding application for our "low thermal expansion high thermal conductivity material." It consists of a columnar body that facilitates heat transfer in the direction perpendicular to the surface, and a plate that suppresses the thermal expansion coefficient in the plane. The thermal conductivity is approximately 280 W/mK, and the in-plane thermal expansion coefficient is 5 to 10 ppm/K, making it a composite material that balances thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. 【Features】 ■ Thermal conductivity: Approximately 280 W/mK ■ In-plane thermal expansion coefficient: 5 to 10 ppm/K ■ A composite material that balances thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion ■ Composed of a core and core plate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Comproid CC

The industry's first pseudo-isotropic super high thermal conductivity composite material with 1700 W/mk that can control heat transfer in all directions: X-Y-Z!

CompoLloid CC is a composite product made from carbon composites, allowing for size increase by bonding high thermal conductivity graphite, which serves as the core substrate. There are two types of products: large-area vertical (Z-direction) high thermal conductivity graphite plates and pseudo-isotropic thermal conductivity graphite plate products that can conduct heat in all directions (X-Y-Z). It is also possible to create double composite products such as gold plating or copper plate bonding. We will solve the problems of customers who have issues with anisotropy. Please let us know your size and shape requirements.
