We have delivered BroaDisk to a feed factory for pig farming. In the case of a silo with a capacity of about 50 tons, there were concerns about bridging, and measures against bridging were implemented using foreign-made equipment. However, it seems there were many failures and troubles, which led to the adoption of our equipment. Since then, it has been operating well, and we have received numerous repeat orders. Are you managing the airflow in the cleanroom? I believe that at the beginning of factory operations, the airflow direction was determined by adjusting the supply and exhaust air volumes. The differential pressure controller 'PEC-X2' maintains the airflow direction over the long term by controlling the differential pressure between rooms. Controlling the supply and exhaust air volumes with dampers means that when it can no longer be controlled, it is truly time for maintenance. By issuing an alarm at this timing, it can lead to longer filter life and reduced maintenance costs.
