Combining two different materials into one product! It is also called double mold.

We would like to introduce a technology called "two-color molding," which involves injecting two types of materials to create a single product. The injection molding machine has two nozzles and cylinders, injecting in sequence into the primary and secondary molds. A significant feature of this process is that, to combine the two materials, after injection into the primary mold, there is an additional step of rotating, inverting, or sliding 180 degrees before injecting into the secondary mold.
