Confirming the efficiency improvement effect before and after using coolant grinding fluid containing fine bubbles in in-house grinding tests. 【Experiment Results】 Improvement of coolant with the fine bubble generation device. <When a ceramic plate was ground flat with a #325 diamond grinding wheel at a depth of cut of 20µm per pass, the following results were obtained.> 1. In the comparison of grinding resistance current, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in a lower resistance value. A reduction of about 5% in peak current was confirmed, indicating energy-saving effects. 2. In the comparison of coolant grinding wheel wear, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in less wear. The expected extension of coolant life, based on the conversion value of grinding wheel wear, showed an extension result of over 15% with fine bubbles. 3. Fine bubbles - Delivery record of fine bubble generation equipment for wastewater treatment in food factories.

Successfully achieved 11 kW energy savings and approximately 90% cost reduction with fine bubbles! Effluent BOD reduced significantly from 500 mg/L to 200 mg/L.

By introducing the fine bubble generation device "YJ Nozzle," a certain food manufacturing factory achieved the elimination of odors, reduction of BOD, decrease of normal hexane extract in discharged water, and approximately 90% cost reduction! 【Improvements】 ■ The conventional issue of odors was resolved in just a few days after the installation of the fine bubble YJ nozzle. ■ The BOD of discharged water was significantly reduced from 500 mg/L to 200 mg/L. ■ The normal hexane extract in discharged water was significantly reduced from 17 mg/L to 2 mg/L. ■ Two blowers of 5.5 kW each were used in each tank, leading to successful energy savings of 11 kW when stopped. ■ The required power of 11 kW for the blower and 1.5 kW for the circulation pump, totaling 12.5 kW, was reduced to just 1.5 kW, achieving approximately 90% cost reduction. *For detailed information on the delivery of the fine bubble generation device to a certain food manufacturing factory, please request the materials or view the PDF data from the download.

Introduction of Microbubble YJ Nozzle for Algae Control in Sink Basins [Comparison Case]

We solved the customer's problem of poor sediment separation due to the proliferation of algae in the sedimentation tank (especially the drainage channel) with the YJ nozzle.

Case study of wastewater treatment in an electronics-related factory! The customer was struggling with poor sedimentation separation due to algal blooms in the sedimentation tank (especially in the drainage channel), but we were able to solve this issue using the YJ nozzle. This factory has two sedimentation tanks, and we installed the micro-nano bubble generation device "YJ nozzle" in only one of them (the left side below) to compare the conditions of both sedimentation tanks.
