A case where it became easy to change the sensor position without the need to loosen or tighten bolts!

Here is an example of improvements made to the shaft assembly jigs used in the manufacturing process of an electric manufacturer. One of the challenges was that it was cumbersome to slide the position adjustment plate when changing the position of the sensor. To address this, we replaced the position adjustment plate X with a long stage. No issues with direct tap processing! Hole accuracy is H7, and pitch accuracy can be ±0.01/150 or less.

We handle the "Furcarbon," a thick plate made of CFRP for cutting processing, used in our "Ultra-Lightweight Hydraulic Internal Piping Processing Tool." As long as there is no loosening or tightening of bolts due to setup changes, direct tapping processing can be performed without issues, and G threads are used for hydraulic plugs. Basically, we process it with the same man-hours as regular processing, so the processing cost does not differ significantly from standard aluminum processing. [Unique Verification Test Results] ■ Conducted a pressure leak test at 3MPA hydraulic pressure: No oil leakage ■ Left under 3MPA hydraulic pressure for 24 hours: Pressure gauge confirmed no pressure drop ■ Repeated pressure insertion and release under the above conditions: No oil leakage, no pressure drop ■ Measurement inspection of shape change: Measured with a dial gauge, ±0.005 or less, almost no change *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

This allows for installation on small machining centers that were previously abandoned due to weight restrictions.
