The adhesion tester can pull a test cylinder adhered to the coating and quantitatively measure the tension required for adhesive failure between the coating and the substrate, allowing for the measurement of adhesion strength between them. Additionally, by conducting this test daily, trends toward defects can be identified from changes in adhesion strength values. It accommodates various sizes of dollies, and the rate of tension increase and test duration can be set via a touch panel. It is equipped with a rechargeable battery, making it portable for testing at painting sites.
