Introducing 5 key features! ● Optimization of shooting timing In addition to dimming and turning the lighting on/off, synchronized control of trigger output to the camera is possible. ● High expandability There is a high degree of freedom in selecting the basic unit, with options available in 4ch/8ch specifications and 12V/24V output specifications, totaling four types. By connecting expansion units, it is possible to expand in 4ch/8ch units even with mixed 12V/24V outputs, allowing for a maximum of 40ch expansion. The control method is primarily based on LAN communication, with the possibility of manual control and parallel communication expansion through unit connections. ● Programming function With a trigger 1ch input at the inspection timing, multiple controls on the inspection stage are possible. The standard programming function allows for not only control of the output sequence from LAN communication but also output control, light emission time, delay time, and pattern output, as well as control of external trigger output. ● Space-saving design Designed for incorporation into control panels with DIN rail mounting, achieving a compact and space-saving design with a minimum unit width of 25mm. ● Supported interface standards Compatible with GigE Vision and GenICam (Generic Interface for Cameras), offering high versatility and compatibility with various inspection software, making machine vision setup easy.
