A heat-resistant ceramic support fixture that does not deform under high temperatures and stably supports the heat transfer tube.
Our company manufactures specialized jigs to stably support heat transfer tubes used in high-temperature processes such as firing furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. We use heat-resistant ceramics like porous alumina and zirconia, which provide dimensional stability and corrosion resistance that cannot be achieved with metals. We can prevent bending of the heat transfer tubes, ensure uniform temperature within the furnace, and propose shapes tailored to on-site challenges. We also accommodate custom manufacturing and small lots, providing support from material selection based on application.
