New optical elastic resin "Jettable SVR"

Free distribution of technical materials! Design surfaces freely! Compatible with materials that have uneven textures.

High-performance displays are no longer uncommon in digital devices surrounding our lives, including smartphones, tablet PCs, and automotive navigation systems. Moreover, recent displays have shown evolution beyond the traditional rectangular shape. It is expected that the trend of increasing curved and irregular displays will continue in the future, which is why Dexerials has been working on developing new technologies aimed at enhancing the freedom of coating shapes for SVR. The result of these development efforts is "Jettable SVR." This can be applied to cover plates using inkjet technology. Similar to home inkjet printers that can print photos on New Year's cards, design data for the desired coating shape is created in advance on a computer. The advantage is that it can be applied with high precision in the exact shape as designed. *For more details, please refer to the related links. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Is there a resin product inside the transparent resin (urethane) bulb-shaped product?!

Various problems that arise during the processing stages, depending on the products and materials used when creating trial parts, can be solved using the "vacuum casting method." *Free sample production available.

The "Vacuum Casting Method" from Sansei Workshop can faithfully produce replicas of industrial parts, functional components, and medical parts, including those made from soft rubber materials like polyurethane rubber (transparent resin), as well as industrial robots. Even for old machine parts that are no longer manufactured, if there is a master product, we can create the same item. Additionally, by manufacturing in a vacuum, we can avoid air bubbles and reproduce fine details accurately. ★☆ We are currently accepting customer requests for "Can you do this?" We will solve it with our processing technology! ☆★ From those who contact us, we will randomly select and process a desired sample for free! (Until the end of December 2017) *If you would like a sample, please respond to the online survey or download the PDF materials and return them via fax.

Resin "Plashell"

Combine eggs with plastic to create pellets. Hybrid material from recycled shells.

"Plashel" is a new material that combines eggshells with resin. Depending on the product, the type of resin and the blending ratio can be adjusted, making it possible to use as an alternative to various petroleum-based resin products currently available. Since it contains eggshell antibacterial agents, it can be used hygienically. Additionally, in our microplastic reduction initiative, we are also engaging with municipalities and organizations through activities such as community-wide litter picking and cleaning efforts. 【Features】 ■ More than 51% of eggshells and eggshell antibacterial agents are blended into the resin using a special manufacturing method. ■ The eggshells are safely processed daily at domestic egg-breaking factories in Japan. ■ Effectively utilizes eggshells that were previously incinerated. ■ Can be used as an alternative to petroleum-based resin products. ■ There are implementation results in the cafeterias of certain major companies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High weather-resistant resin

BTA is bonded to the polymer main chain, giving it long-term ultraviolet absorption capability!

The "high weather-resistant resin" developed by our company incorporates BTA-based ultraviolet absorbers in a high concentration into the resin, thereby improving compatibility with other functional materials, enabling thin film formation during coating, and suppressing the bleeding of ultraviolet absorbers over time. Since BTA is chemically bonded to the resin backbone, high concentration is possible. This allows for sufficient ultraviolet absorption capability even when formed into a thin film, and additionally, it enables a wider range of functional materials to be added, making design changes according to application easier. We can accommodate design changes based on customer requests, so please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses thin film formation during coating and bleeding of ultraviolet absorbers over time ■ Possesses long-term ultraviolet absorption capability due to BTA's bonding with the polymer backbone ■ High concentration of BTA is possible ■ Minimal adverse effects on added targets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

What kind of material is fluoropolymer (PTFE)?

This explains fluoropolymer (PTFE), which has the characteristic of the lowest class of friction coefficient among all substances currently discovered.

What is fluoropolymer? It is a general term for synthetic resins obtained by polymerizing olefins containing fluorine. It was developed during World War II in the uranium-235 enrichment process and later commercialized by the American company DuPont under the registered trademark "Teflon" as a spin-off technology from the military industry. This is one of the representative fluoropolymers, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). 【Features】 - Excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, with properties that do not dissolve in strongly corrosive hydrofluoric acid. - Among all substances currently discovered, it has the lowest coefficient of friction. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
