"Goku" is an order placement platform that streamlines procurement operations for manufacturers and production at contracted factories through the use of 3D CAD data. By analyzing 3D CAD data, it is possible to generate 3D analysis files for estimates. By providing these files to contracted factories in the form of estimate requests, it allows the contracted companies to easily understand manufacturing costs and labor hours. Even when there are multiple potential suppliers, estimates can be received quickly, enabling orders to be placed on the spot. It provides data that makes it easy for contracted companies to grasp manufacturing costs and labor hours, and allows for quick acquisition and consideration of estimates when there are multiple potential suppliers. Additionally, since 3D data can be referenced during manufacturing, it is also possible to improve production efficiency. At this company, as a result of continuing operations after a broken conveyor chain and chain replacement in the heat treatment process on the quenching and tempering furnace line, the conveyor broke down, resulting in financial losses. Although there was data from the equipment obtained from the PLC to analyze the cause, it was difficult to manually analyze the vast and complex raw data. The Keio Group operates a bakery café called "Le repas" with 22 locations along the Keio Line. The inventory task for usage status from multiple systems took a lot of time, and since authentication was required for system usage, only administrators could perform the tasks.
