Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We use various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jet cutting machines and plotters and press processing, to propose products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding processing. We have finished an NBR round cord with a diameter of 24φ into an O-ring with an inner diameter of 1348φ. The adhesive surface has been cut on a bias to increase the bonding area. While responding to feed burning may take time, if bonding is possible, we can accommodate short delivery times.

We process it to the specified width using a width-cutting machine. We reinforce the splice area with tape to ensure that the adhesive tape on one side does not peel off easily.

While 2325mm is a large diameter, we can perform segmented processing with the water jet, allowing for production without any deviation in hole pitch. This time, we processed it into four segments, but we can accommodate the desired number of segments as well.

We would like to introduce a case where we processed "D4000 Expanded Graphite Gasket" for boilers using our plotter processing machine based on customer specifications. This time, we manufactured two ring-shaped gaskets with an outer diameter of φ462mm and an inner diameter of φ372mm from a 3mm thick D4000 expanded graphite gasket. The processing was done directly and precisely from CAD data. PTFE Plotter Processing Case: Thick Plate Processing

We would like to introduce a processing case of "V6502 Black Super" conducted by Daiko Co., Ltd. Based on the customer's drawings, we manufactured a flange gasket for 10K-50A from a 3mm thick non-asbestos joint sheet "Vulcan No. V6502 (Black Super)." It was processed into a shape with handles using a water jet cutting machine. Having handles makes it easier to handle and manage the installation of the gasket.
