We would like to introduce a case study of the production of oversized O-rings used in the sealing parts of large equipment. In response to the challenge that the curing adhesion process (using molds) takes several weeks and does not meet the timeline for site restoration, we proposed our round cord adhesive processing. The specifications include a board measuring 138W × 250L with a large center hole of φ100 and four φ15 bolt holes for fastening. Hard boards containing minerals, like Vermosal Sheet, tend to have brittle edges that can easily chip when cut with rough tools such as saws.
