"JIS Z0232 (Vibration Testing Method)" is a testing method used to evaluate the vibration resistance of the contents or packaging of packaged goods that are subjected to vibrations during the distribution process. Our testing facility is equipped with multiple vibration testing machines, and we select the appropriate machine based on the size, mass, and testing conditions (such as excitation direction, effective acceleration, frequency range, etc.) of the test samples. (The excitation table has a maximum size of 1500×1500 mm for both vertical and horizontal testing, allowing for large cargo handling. Loading onto the excitation table can be accommodated with forklift operations.) In particular, in the automotive and electrical/electronic industries, it is not uncommon to conduct long-duration continuous vibration tests for packaging and product durability evaluations from the perspective of packaging and product quality assessment during the distribution process.
