Overview of JIS C 60068-2-38 Test: - JIS C 60068-2-38 specifies a temperature and humidity combination (cycle) test method that primarily accelerates the degradation of electrical and electronic components under high temperature and high humidity as well as low temperature conditions. ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) is one of the international standards widely adopted in various countries for the evaluation testing standards of packaged goods, similar to ISO and ASTM.
